What is sweet chorizo?
The sweet chorizo is a variety of chorizo characterized mainly by its savory and sweet flavor.
Sweet chorizo is traditionally made with pork. The meat is mixed with lean pork, salt, pepper and sweet paprika. Among others and in some cases, it may have added nuts.
