In Degusta Teruel shipments will be sent to the peninsula and the Balearics.

The estimated delivery times for the orders made for Spain and Portugal will be between 24h and 72 h working days, for the European Union will be 48h-120h

If due to circumstances beyond the control of Degusta Teruel , an order could not be sent by the indicated time, Degusta Teruel will be contacted via email or mobile to indicate that there is an incident with the shipment and will indicate the approximate date of delivery.

The shipping costs include handling, packaging, shipping and mandatory transport insurance and will be indicated when placing the order and before confirmation thereof.

These orders will be sent to mainland and Balearic Islands, currently there is no possibility to send to other countries.

Conditions for return

Due to unforeseen or possible shipping errors that may arise, in Degusta Teruel we work to reach the highest level of satisfaction of our customers, therefore, if you are not According to the order sent , must indicate within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt, indicating the order number and the incidence of it, we will contact you through email or via mobile to find a joint solution between both parties.

  • If any product appears damaged due to shipping

  • Return without incident:

Due to current legislation, the client may return your order in perfect conditions, understanding and provided it is done within a period of 14 calendar days from receipt, and it is in perfect condition and in the original packaging. Degusta Teruel, once the returned order is received, will notify the customer by email or via mobile of its acceptance, once this is done, we will refund the amount of the order, excluding same the shipping costs that could originate from it.

Degusta Teruel will not accept the return of food products that are open or out of their packaging.

  • If your order has not begun to be processed:
