The vines of the matarraña are very old vineyards, quality grapes and wines with an incredible touch.

With the following characteristics:

• Aroma: Elegant aromas of ripe black red fruit, undergrowth, leather, spicy, subtle smoked from its aging and black pepper stand out.
• Taste : Soft entry, with fine flavor, delicate and in time. Sensations unique to the palate.
• Gastronomy : Recommended in vermouth, that is, with aged cheeses, cured, impossible to avoid with wild boar meat or venison meat, ideal for consumption between 12º-16º
