Why is the ham holder important?
We already talked about how to make a good cut of ham but: knowing how to cut is everything? Is the skill of the cutter enough? Is a good knife enough? . . We are going to talk about a series of aspects to take into account when choosing a ham holder.
The support is an essential piece when starting or making any cut. It is as important as a good Iberian ham, a good knife and the skill of the cutter. What material is?
Our ham holder must obey our needs, in which we all consider its longevity as a positive aspect, whether we use it more or not.
