Preparation: Cold maceration and subsequent bleeding. Traditional fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control.

Color: Bright strawberry pink with soft bluish tones.

Aroma: Good intensity, fresh and fruity, with hints of red fruits, strawberry, raspberry, sweet, with notes of licorice, anise and floral hints.

Mouth: Soft, tasty, fresh, fruity, with good acidity and persistence.
