Due to unforeseen circumstances or possible shipping errors, at Degusta Teruel we strive to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with your order, you must notify us within 14 calendar days of receipt, indicating the order number and the issue. We will contact you via email or mobile to find a solution together.
The following points outline the possible exchanges or returns.
- If any product arrives damaged due to shipping
Any damage to any product due to shipping may be returned, and we will resend the product to you, covering the return shipping costs.
To be able to claim this type of incident, you must check the status of your order at the time of receipt, and you must do so by indicating the claim you have on the delivery note (all this before signing). Therefore, to claim for any such issue, you will have a maximum of 24 hours from delivery (Article 952.2 of the Commercial Code).
In accordance with the provisions of the previous paragraph, Degusta Teruel will not assume any responsibility if the condition of the products has deteriorated because the recipient could not be located at the indicated delivery address.
- If the products you receive do not correspond to what you ordered
If any order receipt does not contain the products indicated in the order, you should send us an email to info@degustateruel.com indicating which product in the order is incorrect. We will then resend the order to you with the correct products.
Due to current legislation, The customer may return their order in perfect condition, provided that it is done within 14 calendar days of receipt, and that the order is in perfect condition and in its original packaging. In these cases, the customer must bear the return shipping costs.
Degusta Teruel, once the returned order is received, will notify the customer by email or mobile phone of its acceptance. Once this is done, we will refund the order amount, excluding any shipping costs that may have arisen.
This refund will be made through the same purchase channel used by the buyer.
Degusta Teruel will not accept the return of food products that are open or outside their packaging.
- If your order has not yet begun processing:
If you have made the purchase and wish to cancel it for any reason, you may do so as long as the shipment has not yet been dispatched. If it has not yet been dispatched, you can notify us and we will refund the amount.
Degusta Teruel informs you that Discard the packaging until you have verified that your product is in perfect condition; therefore, please keep the packaging. Also, remember to check your order to confirm that the merchandise you receive is what you requested.
