Types of transport

Degusta Teruel has 4 different carriers, where shipping is free for orders over €60*

- Cold Carrier: Responsible for shipping foie gras and fresh confit directly from the factory. Free shipping for orders over €150

- Correos Peach Carrier: Responsible for peach products. Direct from the producer. Fixed shipping cost of €7.50

- Correos Express Gluten-Free Carrier: Responsible for gluten-free products. Direct from the bakery. Free shipping for orders over €60 of products in this category. - Correos Express Carrier: Responsible for shipping all other products. Free shipping for orders over €60

Shipping time

If the order is placed before 10:00 AM and is not confit or fresh foie gras, the order will be delivered the next business day for mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. For orders shipped to the European Union, the maximum delivery time will be between 48 and 180 business hours.

If, due to circumstances beyond the control of Degusta Teruel, an order cannot be shipped within the indicated timeframe, Degusta Teruel will contact you via email or mobile phone to inform you of the issue with the shipment and provide an approximate delivery date.

Shipping costs include handling, packaging, shipping, and mandatory transport insurance and will be indicated when placing the order and before its confirmation.

Shipping cost for (Mainland Spain): €5.95 (taxes included)

Shipping cost for the peach category (Mainland Spain): €7.50 (taxes included)

For orders to the Balearic Islands the cost will be

Free shipping for (Balearic Islands): orders over €120 (taxes included)

If you wish to receive the package at an address different from your usual residence, you must indicate it before accepting the purchase conditions.

Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday. Degusta Teruel will not be held responsible for any shipping delays that may occur.

Shipping cost prices with VAT for the rest of Europe

The price for the rest of Europe will range between €15 and €45. In certain European Union countries, shipping will be free for orders over €180. See at checkout.

Conditions for return

Due to unforeseen circumstances or possible shipping errors, at Degusta Teruel we strive to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with your order, you must notify us within 14 calendar days of receipt, indicating the order number and the issue. We will contact you via email or mobile to find a solution together.

The following points outline the possible exchanges or returns.

  • If any product arrives damaged due to shipping

Any damage to any product due to shipping may be returned, and we will resend the product to you, covering the return shipping costs.

To be able to claim this type of incident, you must check the status of your order at the time of receipt, and you must do so by indicating the claim you have on the delivery note (all this before signing). Therefore, to claim for any such issue, you will have a maximum of 24 hours from delivery (Article 952.2 of the Commercial Code).

In accordance with the provisions of the previous paragraph, Degusta Teruel will not assume any responsibility if the condition of the products has deteriorated because the recipient could not be located at the indicated delivery address.

  • If the products you receive do not correspond to what you ordered

If any order receipt does not contain the products indicated in the order, you should send us an email to info@degustateruel.com indicating which product in the order is incorrect. We will then resend the order to you with the correct products.

  • Returns without issues:

Due to current legislation, The customer may return their order in perfect condition, provided that it is done within 14 calendar days of receipt, and that the order is in perfect condition and in its original packaging. In these cases, the customer must bear the return shipping costs.

Degusta Teruel, once the returned order is received, will notify the customer by email or mobile phone of its acceptance. Once this is done, we will refund the order amount, excluding any shipping costs that may have arisen.

This refund will be made through the same purchase channel used by the buyer.

Degusta Teruel will not accept the return of food products that are open or outside their packaging.

  • If your order has not yet begun processing:

If you have made the purchase and wish to cancel it for any reason, you may do so as long as the shipment has not yet been dispatched. If it has not yet been dispatched, you can notify us and we will refund the amount.

Degusta Teruel informs you that Discard the packaging until you have verified that your product is in perfect condition; therefore, please keep the packaging. Also, remember to check your order to confirm that the merchandise you receive is what you requested.

The minimum age to place an order is 18 years old. Please note that any misuse of this service will be the responsibility of the individual in question. Degusta Teruel is not responsible for any fraudulent use.
