Product information "Lot 4"

Degusta Teruel's lot 4 is one of our economic proposals for Christmas gifts. Composed of a selection of high quality products from the province of Teruel and Ademuz: with a bottle of Reyes de Aragón cava; a bottle of Abadía del Temple cava; fruits from Aragon as sweet; a guirlache nougat and a toasted yolk nougat.

Characteristics of Cava Reyes de Aragón:

  • Type of Wine: Cava Brut Nature
  • Quantity: 75cl
  • Alcohol: 11.5%
  • Colour: pale yellow
  • Aromas: toasted bread, tropical fruits, almonds and coconut
  • Taste: full on the palate, full-bodied, long and without bitterness. Citrus tastes such as pink grapefruit and tropical fruits
  • Gastronomy: to accompany shellfish and oily fish such as sea bass and salmon; white meats and all kinds of rice dishes

Characteristics of the cava Abadía del Temple:

  • Type of Wine: Cava Brut Nature
  • Quantity: 75cl
  • Graduation: 11.5%
  • Colour: golden yellow, with greenish backgrounds, light carbonic with adequate bubbles
  • Aromas: good intensity and great complexity, with soft tones of good crinza on lias
  • Taste: full on the palate, full-bodied, long and without bitterness. Citrus tastes such as pink grapefruit and tropical fruits
  • Gastronomy: to accompany shellfish and oily fish such as sea bass and salmon; white meats and all kinds of rice dishes

Characteristics of the fruits of Aragon:

  • Quantity: 250 grams
  • Ingredients: orange, pear, plum, green pumpkin, apricot, peach and white pumpkin, sugar, milk chocolate (cocoa, sugar, cocoa butter, milk, soy lecithin). May contain traces of gluten and nuts
  • Preparation: Teruel
