Composed of an assortment of high quality products from the province of Teruel and surrounding areas. Composed of confit turkey shavings, pickled quail, pickled rabbit with black truffle, partridge and confit picantón.

Characteristics of the confit turkey shavings:

• Ingredients: TURKEY, extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, bay leaf, thyme, rosemary, pepper, garlic and salt. Contains SULPHITES.Once opened, keep cold

Characteristics of the pickled quail shavings:

• Cooked over low heat respecting kitchen times and processes traditional.
