Ingredients: Lean pork and bacon, salt, saffron, soy protein, dextrin, maltodextrin, stabilizer (E-451), antioxidants (E-331 III and E-301), preservatives (E-252) and plant extract

Best before use: 1 year from the date of packaging.

Conservation: Store in a cool (7 to 10 degrees) and dry place.

What is saffron sausage?

Saffron sausage is a cured sausage made with white pork from Teruel. The shape of this sausage is horseshoe-shaped, the characteristic of sausage.

This sausage contains pieces of saffron inside, which makes this sausage a gourmet sausage.

The mixture of flavors perfectly combines the flavor of sausage and that of saffron, creating a balance that allows you to enjoy both flavors simultaneously.

The saffron comes from Monreal del Campo, Teruel.

Our consumption recommendation is that the sausage be removed from the plastic that wraps it a couple of hours before consumption and cut into slices of intermediate thickness.
