Ingredients: Raw sheep's milk, lactic ferments, E-252 (preservative), rennet and salt.

Maturation: 2/3 months.

PREPARATION OF TERUEL SHEEP CHEESE
The mold of this cured cheese is patented by the Teruel Association of Milk and Cheese Producers. This mold has a flower shape with 8 petals, when cut it forms 4 hearts, ideal for giving as a gift on special occasions.
It is made with raw milk and left to mature for about 2/3 months.
