Christmas Lot 8

Lote 8 of Degusta Teruel is one of our economic proposals for Christmas gifts. Composed of a selection of high-quality products from the province of Teruel and Ademuz, consisting of: a bottle of Reyes de Aragón cava; fruits from Aragon as sweet; marzipan nougat with candied fruits, chocolate nougat and a toasted yolk nougat.

Characteristics of Cava Reyes de Aragón:

• Type of Wine: Cava Brut Nature
• Quantity: 75cl
• Alcohol: 11.5%
• Colour: pale yellow
• Aromas: toasted bread, tropical fruits, almonds and coconut
• Taste: full on the palate, full-bodied, long and without bitterness. Citrus tastes such as pink grapefruit and tropical fruits
• Gastronomy: to accompany shellfish and oily fish such as sea bass and salmon; white meats and all kinds of rice dishes

Characteristics of the fruits of Aragon:

• Quantity: 250 grams
• Ingredients: orange, pear, plum, green pumpkin, apricot, peach and white pumpkin, sugar, milk chocolate (cocoa, sugar, cocoa butter, milk, soy lecithin). May contain traces of gluten and nuts
• Production: Teruel
• Storage: cool, dry place

Characteristics of chocolate nougat:

• Quantity: 300gr
• Ingredients: CHOCOLATE coating (sugar, cocoa butter), WHOLE MILK POWDER, paste cocoa, soy lecithin (emulsifier) and vanilla (flavouring)

Characteristics of roasted yolk nougat:

• Quantity: 300gr
• Ingredients: sugar, EGG YOLK, glucose, preservative E200 (sorbic acid, preservative E202 (potassium sorbate) and vanilla (flavouring)

Characteristics of the marzipan nougat with fruits:

• Quantity: 300gr
• Ingredients: sugar , ALMOND, CANDIED FRUITS, glucose, preservative E200 (sorbic acid, preservative E202 (potassium sorbate) and lemon essence (flavouring)
