WHY CHOOSE SARRIÓN CAVIAR?

Sarrión caviar is a product distinguished by its exceptional quality, as it is produced in a natural environment in the province of Teruel. This caviar has a pure, fresh, and balanced flavor, with firm roe.

This product is known for its distinctive texture and flavor. Known for its small roe, which bursts in the mouth, releasing a typically buttery and salty taste.

This flavor varies slightly, depending on the type of sturgeon.

Choosing caviar for your recipes transforms even the simplest dishes into unparalleled creations. You'll also be able to offer that characteristic "snap" along with a firm texture.

You can also enjoy together with your best guests that light nutty flavor and a marine finish, changing from a creamy Beluga to the fruity touch of Baeri. And what can I say, besides being a delicious product, it is also rich in vitamins A and B12 as well as phosphorus, which are beneficial for brain and cardiovascular health.
