It is a perfect idea, since truffle and cheese combine perfectly with good quality pasta.
To do this, we recommend that you follow the previous recipe but do not reduce the cooking cream too much, or alternatively, add more broth. The idea of this is to make the cream less thick, we will need it more liquid to be able to integrate it better with the pasta.
Cook a handful of noodles while you make your truffle cream and then transfer them to a frying pan over medium heat, while you drizzle them with the sauce you just prepared. Stir everything together for a few minutes and plate, although before serving we recommend grating a little more truffle and parmesan cheese on top as a final presentation.
