ELABORATION OF THE WINE XADO
The Xado wine is made with three types of grape: Red Garnacha, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
This wine is left to ferment in stainless steel tanks, after this In passing, the wine goes into French and American oak barrels for 10 months.
