Lot 2 Sausages

Lot 2 of Degusta Teruel is made up of sausages from the region. An ideal economic option for Christmas and celebrations for both companies and individuals. With a selection of some of the most emblematic flavors of the province. The assortment includes: a cured sausage from Aragon: a deer game meat fuet, spiced with pepper; a sausage with boletus, one of the most consumed mushrooms in Teruel; and finally a deer sausage with black truffle, to enjoy the characteristic aroma and flavor of Teruel in small bites.

Characteristics of deer fuet with pepper:
