TRUFFLE FAIRS IN SPAIN
As a matter of interest, we're going to talk about the different truffle fairs that exist in nearby areas.

This fair takes place in Sarrión (Teruel, Aragón) and is usually held in December.

This fair takes place in Graus (Valencia) and is held in winter (January, February, and March).
