What is chorizo cular?
Deer cular chorizo is a variant of the traditional pork cular chorizo. This tasty sausage is made with deer meat along with spices and seasonings, following the same manufacturing process as conventional chorizo cular.
The deer game meat used to make chorizo cular is leaner and has a more powerful flavor than pork chorizo.
The word cular is given to this game sausage since in its preparation the casings used to stuff the deer meat strong> come from the posterior part of the large intestine of the pig.
