Deer lot 19

Degusta Teruel's lot 19 Deer is one of our proposals for assorted products made from deer meat. It consists of sliced deer jerky, deer fuet with fine herbs and pepper , deer chorizo, sausage with black truffle and deer sausage. A variety made from authentic game meat from the Serranía de Teruel.

Characteristics of the deer sausage:

• Weight : 250 grams approx
• Format: Vacuum packed
• Ingredients: Lean deer, Lean pork and bacon, salt, lactose, corn dextrin, spices, milk skimmed, SOY protein, dextrose, sugar, E452i, trisodium citrate, E316, E621, preservative E252, coloring E120
• Best before: 1 year from the date of packaging
• Storage: Store in a cool (7 to 10 degrees) and dry place

• Format: Vacuum packed
• Ingredients: Lean deer, lean pork and bacon, salt, dextrose, lactose, corn dextrin, sodium polyphosphate E452i, spices, E-316, E-621, trisodium citrate E331iii, dehydrated vegetables, preservative E-252, coloring E-120 and pepper
