If something is characteristic of Aragón, it is the longaniza de Aragón products endorsed by the seal of food quality and that puts in rigor all that it represents in the set of sausages of Aragon.

The physical characteristics of the sausage are different, on the one hand we can see the pieces of bacon and on the other hand the pieces of meat, all done in a firm dough coated with natural pork casing.

This product is highly valued in the gastronomic world, both for its intense flavor and for its ways of presentation, in a fresh and cured way.
