Rubus wine is made from three types of grape: Garnacha 50%, Tempranillo 30% and Syrah 20%. Vineyards of 8 years that use natural means of drainage.
The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks in a period of approximately 15 days to 25 days.
Tasting notes: Bright red color, giving fruity flavors, especially blackberry. Very rich on the palate. Serve at 16º.
