What is pink tomato jam?
Pink tomato jam is a type of sweet preserve made from pink tomatoes.
The pink tomato is quite popular in Aragon, as it has a very distinctive flavor (intense and fresh), is larger than other tomatoes, and has a higher water concentration, resulting in a much juicier tomato.
