How to consume our cheese trays?

Our cheese trays are vacuum packed, so it is advisable to follow these steps when consuming them to be able to enjoy their flavor to the fullest.

1. Unpack the cheese carefully, remove the tray from the vacuum bag to avoid damaging the cheeses.

2. Let it rest at room temperature, to enjoy its flavor it is advisable to let the cheeses acclimatize at room temperature for about 30 minutes to 1 hour. This means that we can fully enjoy the flavors and that the cheeses reach the optimal texture for consumption.

3. Presentation, once the cheeses have acclimatized, you can transfer them to a wooden board or other surface and combine it with other sausages, ham, pickles, fruits, nuts, jams, breads... Let your imagination fly.

4. Pairing, a good accompaniment to cheeses are wines since their flavors combine quite well. Check pairing recommendations depending on the type of cheese you are serving.

5. Tasting, invite your loved ones to taste the different cheeses we have in the province of Teruel, you will surely surprise them.

6. Storage, if you have not consumed the entire tray you can wrap them with plastic wrap and store them in the refrigerator. Make sure they are completely wrapped to prevent them from drying out or absorbing unwanted odors.
