ELABORATION of Cloteta wine
Within the Mas de Torubio property is the "Cloteta", a 2-hectare plot that was cultivated in 1998 with a garnarcha.
The harvest is done using traditional methods and is left rest in the cellar, which is where it ferments and macerates for days.
Later it rests in French and American oak barrels for 4 months.
The Cloteta wine, it should be emphasized that it has the IGP seal, protected geographical indication seal.
Tasting note: Cherry red color with an intense aroma. Balanced and leaving an aftertaste aroma. Serve at 16º.
