PREPARATION OF SAUSAGE WITH BOLETUS

The preparation of the boletus salchichón follows the same specifications as the traditional salchichón recipe.

To this recipe, a well-known mushroom in the universal forests is added, the boletus edulis.

Mushroom collected in the Sierra de Albarracin, with a powerful taste, which combined with pork meat, makes the sausages acquire a different flavor, with a very personal aftertaste.
