The mold of this cured cheese is patented by the Teruel Association of Milk and Cheese Producers. This mold has a flower shape with 8 petals, when cut it forms 4 hearts, ideal for giving as a gift on special occasions.
It is made with raw milk and left to mature for about 5/6 months.
