As we have mentioned previously, tartufata sauce is a condiment that is used to enhance the flavor of different dishes. We can use this condiment on:
- Bread: Spread the sauce on top of a slice of bread and enjoy it accompanied by cheese or sausages.
- Pasta: Mix the truffle sauce with the hot pasta and stir. You can also add a little to some other sauce that we have previously prepared, such as a carbonara.

- Risotto: You can add the truffle sauce a little before turning off the heat when the rice is almost ready, this will give it a lot of flavor and power to the dish.
- Fried eggs: Add a little truffle sauce on top of the eggs a little before they finish cooking, or at finish.
- Carpaccio: You can add a little truffle sauce on top of the carpaccio to give them a truffle flavor.
- Mashed potatoes: Add the truffle sauce when the puree is hot
