Tartufata sauce is a sauce of Italian origin made with black truffle and other ingredients that complement it. The sauce recipe may vary in its ingredients depending on the sauce producer but generally contain chopped or pureed black truffles, mushrooms, garlic, parsley and olive oil. This sauce has an intense and aromatic flavor, thanks to black truffles, which are known worldwide for their distinctive earthiness. How to use black truffle sauce?
As we have mentioned previously, tartufata sauce is a condiment that is used to enhance the flavor of different dishes. We can use this condiment on:

Recommended doses of tartufata sauce

To spread with bread: Apply a thin layer, a small teaspoon or two should be enough.

For meats: We can put a teaspoon or two and spread over the meat until soaked the whole piece. This will make it taste slightly like truffle and will not mask the flavor of the meat.
