The Cava Reyes de Aragón belongs to the group of so-called Brut Nature. The classification within the wines is determined by the sugar content added to each one, in this way we find: Brut Nature, Brut, Dry, Semi-dry and sweet. The first being the group that includes sparkling wines to which sugar is not added after the disgorging phase, thus having a content of less than 3g/l. This differentiates the brand el dosage, orlicor de tiragethe sugar-based wine that is added, the combination with this is what leads to one category or another. Generally, the best grapes are reserved for this cava and it is considered to be of higher quality as it has a more rigorous production process.
In general terms, a good cava should have an intense aroma, a notable point of acidity and release a quantity of well-integrated carbon dioxide. All these nuances presented harmoniously are what should be expected in a quality cava, which has respected the production processes whose designation of origin marks it. This is how Cava Reyes de Aragón is Degusta Teruel's Select Cava, which we include in our most premium Christmas lots and baskets, accompanied by other gourmet products; and we promote for special events and celebrations.
