PREPARATION OF DEER SAUSAGE WITH BLACK TRUFFLE
Deer sausage with truffle is made using the same production standards as traditional sausage.
Natural pork or deer casings are used, or synthetic casings are used.
The combination of pork and deer meat, in addition to adding tuber melanosporum, makes this sausage a very rich sausage.
